The Avalon Theatre is proud to present THE LIFE OF SVINX on stage this August. Svinx is a saxophone-based instrumental group made of former Marysville ECHS students. Svinx is composed of band members Grayson Niemi, Ethan Boylan, Andrew Diers, Jonathan Sharrock, Kyrell Stauffer, and Dalton Kane. Svinx has been influenced by bands such as Lucky Chops and Too Many Zooz, and has also drawn inspiration from Pentatonix for Christmas renditions. In the past year, Svinx has evolved their musical repertoire by incorporating jazz music, enabling them to play background music for local venues and more. This has allowed for more flexibility in instrumentation and musicality within the group. With all the band members having graduated from high school, Svinx hopes to continue and pass on its legacy to aspiring band and music students.
